Welcome to Ekadi, a mobile application that helps users send electronic invitations via WhatsApp or text messages. By using our application, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, you may not use our application.

  1. Use of the Application Ekadi is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the application for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms of Use.

  2. Registration and Account Security To use Ekadi, you must register for an account and provide accurate and complete information about yourself. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for any activity that occurs under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

  3. User Content You are solely responsible for any content that you upload, post, or transmit through the application, including invitations and any accompanying text, images, or other media. By uploading or transmitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content in connection with the operation of the application.

  4. Intellectual Property Ekadi and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the application or its content without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY FOR INFORMATION, SERVICES, UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, OR PRODUCTS PROVIDED THROUGH OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE APPLICATION, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE SOFTWARE LICENSED TO YOU AND THE RESULTS OBTAINED THROUGH THE APPLICATION.
